Project Description

The project will conduct an environmental scan of practices to support clinicians and consumers to access and use telehealth in other jurisdictions.

Project Objectives

This internship will answer the following research questions via a desktop review/environmental scan and interviews/surveys with health consumer representative groups in the UK, Canada and Germany:

  • What are some practices from other foreign jurisdictions in place to support consumers and clinicians to better access and use telehealth, and can these be translated to the Australian context? 
  • What are some examples of where Australia is leading the world in use and access of telehealth?
