Digital Health Research Fellow
Fixed-term, full-time available for 2 years
The Digital Health Research Fellow will be a member of the Digital Health CRC research project team developing and implementing ready to deploy analytical solutions for combining various health data sources in near real time to support the clinician, the patient and the care pathway.
The project is a collaboration Digital Health CRC and Flinders University with industry partners SA Health and goAct Pty Ltd. It will trial ways to purposefully combine data from wearables and apps, prescriptions, GP appointments, lab tests and hospitals, into solutions for digital assessments, monitoring progress over time, as well as intercepting and supporting patients ahead of relapse.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and/or experience in digital health program development and implementation in health care setting, well developed skills in trial and evaluation of digital health approaches, and a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital health in improving quality and safety of care, and a sound understanding of the Digital health ecosystem within the Australian health care landscape.
The appointee will also contribute, as a team member, to convening the Steering Group and stakeholders for the project and to related activities including staff meetings and seminars. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the personal attributes and organisational skills to drive the work of an academic, multi-disciplinary team.
