The International Foundation of Integrated Care (IFIC), in partnership with IFIC Australia, The Victorian Government, The Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association, The University of Newcastle, Children’s Health Queensland, Central Coast Local Health District, and Health Justice Australia brings the 2nd Asia Pacific Conference on Integrated Care to Melbourne, Australia, from 11-13 November 2019.
With the overarching theme Achieving better value for people and populations, the conference will bring together researchers, clinicians and managers from around the world who are engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and social care.
