Project Description

The DHCRC is supporting a PhD being undertaken by Natalie Smith at the University of Queensland. Natalie’s PhD will contribute to developing the capability for hospital boards and executives to govern digital health transformations. She is doing this by researching the capabilities required to lead and govern digital health transformations.

Project Objectives

Natalie’s PhD aims to better understand the capabilities that are needed to lead and govern digital health transformations in order for these programs to achieve their intended outcomes. The long-term objective of this project is to improve the outcomes of digital health investments by developing the capability of board members and executives to lead and govern transformational change.
